Meet the Team: Eleanor Fletcher

Here on the Zine we wanted to introduce you to our CV Staff team, so we’re starting with our newest addition: our Vineyard Ministry Student for 2025, the wonderful Eleanor Fletcher.

If you had to describe yourself using only three emojis, what would they be?

🤭🤗🙃

What’s your go-to coffee order, and where’s your favorite spot to grab one?

Flat white from Grays on Dominion Road, as my dog's photo is on the wall.

If Central Vineyard had a staff talent show, what would you perform?

Charades.

If you could have dinner with anyone — dead or alive — who would it be and why?

Simon Peter, I’m curious as to his personality and I could ask him for fun facts about Jesus 😂

What’s something quirky or unexpected about you that people might not know?

I sometimes make jewellery!

What’s one thing about working in ministry that surprised you?

Youth don't like crisp chips any more.

What’s a worship song or Bible verse that has been especially meaningful to you lately?

Is He Worthy? by Andrew Peterson (listen here)

Tell us about a moment in your work here that made you think, “This is why I do what I do.”

There are countless moments, but a recent one was witnessing young people get alongside other younger people. To see them step out of their comfort zones, try new experiences and articulate their desire to share Jesus with the next generation was definitely a "Ahhh, this is why I do what I do…" moment.

How can the Central Vineyard community be praying for you in this season?

Wisdom and strength to know how to get alongside the young people in our CV community.
